Omlogotto in 1965 it was one HP for every 10# . So my 84 weighs 3200 Lbs
(with me in it) then 320 HP should result in that gut wrenching acceleration
some of us remember so fondly.

They used to say that most drivers wouldn`t be able to safely controll
these high horsepower machines and would get into trouble due to loss of
controll. Kind of like driving on ice, nothing like laying 20 feet of rubber
shifting into fourth at 100 MPH pretty hard to match with that low octane
pump swill costing $2.00 a gallon and lowered compression engines. PMD
crossed the line at GM that was reserved for Chevrolet by underrating HP
output figures the trend continued for some years.Chrysler peaked with
Hemi`s 450 HP 426 and I believe these also were underrated .I heard or read
once that the lowly Corvair was the first to reach 1HP per CI. I like my vet
because it stays hooked up to the road and it has handling to back it up and
can compete with exotics costing 10 times what iv`e invested.

I dont find this photoset entertaining, nor any humorous words can be thought up to describe the unfortunate incident. I personally do not know the owner of this car, but i feel for him…deeply. Those who have been jacked i the past should be rather disgusted at these kinds of sights, and should feel a deepened hatred towards those who steal.
The brighter side of this story that, im assuming-
the owner can afford a GT-R, so can afford full coverage insurance,
The thieves will have a VERY hard rime selling the rims (rare)
atleast they didnt take the whole car
